Job Description:
PART TIME COMPANION Seeking reliable care companion for 68 year old male in Yorkville.
Client is independent in self care.
He is personable and active with mild dementia.
He needs companionship and supervision while wife is away 6-8 hours 3 days a week.
Ideal candidate will have a car and be willing to accompany him for brief outings-lunches , activities ect.
Must also be willing to engage him in games such as puzzles, cards, or crafts when indoors at home.
He loves to ride his bike around the neighborhood and would enjoy this activity with a fellow bike rider.
Other tasks include preparing meals and occasional shopping.
Experience with dementia support is required pay rate:
$18.
