1 year or more of management (assistant management, general management etc) required.
Duties include:
Management of day to day operations.
Scheduling crew adequately.
Ordering food product, supplies, and other necessary items required for doing business.
Managing food and labor costs diligently.
Ensuring product quality and recipe standards Training and maintaining adequate staff as required for providing excellent service for customers.
Maintaining store cleanliness and repair Other requirements:
Applicant must be willing and able to work as needed.
Nights, weekends, holidays etc.
Applicant must be able to clearly communicate issues or problems to OPS manager.
Applicant must be able to (with training) perform all duties in the store.
This is required for training new staff as well as helping when needed during times of high revenue.
Applicant must be outgoing and friendly and able to work with all staff.
Applicant must also be authoritative when needed, as management requires this.
Applicant must be able to adhere to strict policies and enforce them as required onto staff members.
Starting pay is negotiable and advancements are based on a performance and profitability basis to be determined later.
