Training Manager A training manager must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercise for a wide variety of members.
In addition, he/she must be confident with fitness program design, program instruction, and influencing behavior change.
A trainer does this by servicing Traditional (1-on-1) Training, Large Group and Small Group Training.
Additionally, the trainer develops relationships with all members to improve retention.
Responsibilities:
Program instruction Program design Provide traditional 1-on-1 training Provide large group and small group training Influence behavior change among clients Provide a surprisingly personable client experience
Qualifications:
Training certificate from:
NASM, ACSM, ISSA, ACE, CSCS, or NSCA Team management and leadership experience Experience developing training programs A top-tier customer service approach to conducting business What we offer:
