ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in maintaining physical hygiene, performing basic necessary daily functions, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for the resident.
Assist nursing departments with tasks such as bed making, passing fresh ice water, and assisting in serving patients at meals.
Assist in observing resident health developments and report any abnormalities in physical or psychological behavior to the supervising nurse.
Create highest standard of resident experience, with dedication to resident choice and overall can-do approach to resident satisfaction.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Possess high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one (1) year job experience in long-term care or similar environment.
