Responsibilities:
The goal of this position is to convert motivated home sellers to transactions the Company can buy and resell for our target margin.
This role involves onsite/in-person sales.
Display Company core values at all times (see below) Attend seller appointments, build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections, solve problems, and ultimately contract houses to purchase.
Assess comparables, property values, and conditions through research, outreach, data, site walks, and watch market trends Liaise between Company and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Follow up on all opportunities & offers using phone, SMS, in-person appointment and email.
Maintain and utilize company CRM and other technology, including Salesforce, Google Sheets, Asana, etc.
Work intimately with our team to coordinate property walkthroughs, inspections, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred Understand Residential Real Estate Analysis Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Strong Time Management Skills and the Ability to Master Details Ability to Work Quickly While Maintaining Accuracy Ability to Work Independently and Collaborate When Needed Well Organized and Capable of Handling Multiple Critical Projects at a Time About Company Kendall Partners is a local, veteran, and family-owned real estate company with a strong and family-like company culture.
