Answering telephones; Contact with current & potential clients; Use of programs including but not limited to Abacus Law, Family Law Software, Smokeball, Odyssey and I2File; Preparation of court & client documents including but not limited to answering discovery requests; Prepare, file and schedule motions/pleadings; Data entry; Filing; and Other miscellaneous office duties Candidates must possess a positive, upbeat, friendly, can-do attitude.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Prior law office experience preferred.
35-40 HOURS PER WEEK.
